If you’ve been reading our other articles, you already know that your mind has access to Divine Intelligence whenever it is in Delta. Now, this happens at night. During dreaming sleep your brain is emitting Theta waves, but in a deeper dreamless sleep you are emitting Delta waves. This is when you have access to the cosmos, and all the intelligence from an omnipotent Source. What a library! Nothing has been left out or deleted. It is all there. Everything that has been discovered, and everything that has yet to be discovered.
That intelligence is always available. When in a deep meditation, you will be able to feel the vibrations and to see the pulsing lights of that sea of intelligence. Gregg Braden gives the history of research on “the field” or as Max Planc called it, “the matrix”. Why is it that we don’t have full access to this library of enlightenment? Wouldn’t this be a secret weapon if we did have full access?
False beliefs pollute not only our minds and our success, but the minds and success of everyone around us because we are all connected in the Matrix. Surely, you have had the experience of knowing what someone was going to say before they said it? This is one small example. We are also hearing the thoughts and beliefs of those sitting next to us on the bus, or on the checkout line.
To get clarity with so many false ideas and feelings floating around, we can use Ho’oponopono. Dr. Hew Len teaches that we must “clear, clear, clear and go back to port.” Port is the place of our origin, where we were without Subconscious memories and simply connected to Divine Intelligence.
When clear in the void, all ideas are directly and Divinely inspired. There is no doubt and there are no bad ideas.
How Do I Get Back to Port?
Ho’oponopono is simple. Access love. Simply state, “I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
Each statement is a high vibrating statement that will (according to Hado studies) clean polluted water, sweeten old rice, or clear your Subconscious mind infested with false beliefs. Ho’oponopono which is Ha’waiian, is synchronous with Hado which is Japanese. (Personally, I always believe a truth which has more than one source defending it. And then, I try it out. This works.)
If this seems too simple to you, and you would like something more complicated, Hale Dwoskin’s The Sedona Method is a wonderful aide in correcting negativity in our conscious thoughts and feelings which we realize is important once we have had the Law of Attraction explained. Dwoskin helps us to release wants for approval, control, safety and separation which, he says, are the 4 key wants.
Again, when we realize that any “want” will ruin our attempts to purposefully use the Law of Attraction, The Sedona Method or Ho’oponopono or Hado can be very helpful. The Sedona Method is not much more complicated than Ho’oponopono, but you can always take expensive courses if you choose to complicate your life. The Sedona Method helps you, once you identify a feeling that is not helpful to you to “let go” by asking simple questions.
Could I let this feeling go? Could I allow this feeling to be here? Could I welcome this feeling? Whether or not the answer is “yes” ask When?
This, like Ho’oponopono, puts a spotlight on the emotion (al memory) that is crippling you, and helps you to let it go. Any emotion other than love is to be let go. When we are totally clear of memories replaying, we will feel only love, peace and inspiration.
